Dr.
Jackson received his BS
in Pharmacy in 1967 from
Southwestern Oklahoma
University From 1975 to
1991 he owned and operated
four different drug stores
in the areas of Escondido,
San Marcos, and Del Mar
under the names of The
Drug Store and Blaine's
Drugs.
In 1992 he attended the
American University of
the Caribbean in Plymouth,
Montserrat where he graduated
in 1995. From 1994 to
1995 he gained his clinical
experience in Romford
(London), England, at
the Old Church Hospital
and at Rancho Las Amigos
in Downey, CA. In 1996
he started his residency
in Internal Medicine at
Kern Medical Center in
Bakersfield, CA. From
